Zena Bentley

Zena is a retired music teacher who worked with her good friend Naomi Haigh on raising money to create a school in a remote area of Uganda.  The connection to Uganda led her to volunteer with All Our Children, take an active part in YorKits and the promotion of active teaching and learning.  Since Naomi’s death in 2021 Zena has continued to raise money to support the Source of Light Primary School and looks forward to visiting colleagues in Kabale and Kyegegwa.
